Company for the 3rd Street Water Tower Refurbishment Project in the
amount of $0.00
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The change order is for installing clear PVC tubing at the cross-bracing
intersections and removing seeding requirement as part of the site
restoration. Two 8” pieces of 1.25” ID clear PVC tubing was installed.
Seeding requirements were removed due to the late fall season. Grass
seeding was likely not be successful due to cold weather.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: No cost change order.
Change Order #1 and #2 increased the contract price by total of
$47,900.00 and increases the contract time by 23 days. Change Order #3
is a no cost change order and does not change the contract dates. The
value and time of the added work equaled that of the scope of reduction.
