SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The change order is for additional work to install 24" sanitary sewer in
steel casing in the open cut across Sugar Creek and to replace county
field tile west of Ute Avenue.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COSTBENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price by $71,15I.00.

CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
Attached are three copies of Change Order No. 2 for the Northwest Area Trunk Sewer
Extension — Phase 1 project under the contract between the City of Waukee and Rognes
Corp.
Change Order No. 2 is for additional work to install 24' sanitary sewer in steel casing in
open cut across Sugar Creek and to replace county field tile west of Ute Avenue.
Change Order No. 2 increases the contract price by a total of $71,151.00. Veenstra &
Kimm, Inc. recommends approval of Change Order No. 2.
Please sign all copies of Change Order No. 2 in the spaces provided. Return one signed
copy of Change Order No. 2 to our office and one signed copy to Rognes Corp.
