AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of receipt and file of Letter of Support for the City of Des
Moines FASTLANE Grant Application
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The City of Des Moines is submitting an application
for the second round of funding for a FASTLANE grant for the Des
Moines Rail Port project and requests letters of support for the project
from each of the MPO member governments.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: The letter of support has already been signed and sent
to the City of Des Moines.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive and file the correspondence.
