Staff has analyzed the existing structures and believes that both homes are beyond repair for purposes of moving the structures elsewhere Staff requested quotes for the demolition of the various structures and restoration of the site. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Three quotes were received for the project: Elder Corporation: $55,000.00 J Pettiecord: $39,500.00 DeCarlo Demolition: $61,500.00 RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of resolution awarding the quote to J Pettiecord in the amount of $39,500.00.
