AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE
Be it Ordained by the Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa that
Chapter 102, Waukee Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§102.1. Name As of the date of adoption of this
ordinance October 18, 2004, the 1988 Waukee Municipal Code, updated,
at least annually, by adding new ordinances and amendments to
ordinances to the code of ordinances, itself, will become known as the
Waukee Municipal Code; so named now and in the future.
§102.2 Official Copy An official copy, bearing the
signature of the mayor and certificate of the City Clerk is on file in the
office of the City Clerk, together with standard codes adopted by
reference in this code.
§102.3 Public Copies. Loose leaf copies of this code
shall be available by request in the City Clerkâs office for review or for
purchase at a cost of $.25 per page.
§102.4 Distribution. Two copies of this code shall
be kept in the Waukee Public Library.
