ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF MUNICIPAL OFFICERS
§110.1 Council members. The salary of each council member including the
Mayor Pro Tem shall be $425.00 per month.
Effective January 1, 2020, the salary of each council member including the Mayor Pro
Tem shall be $8,000.00 per year. Each calendar year thereafter the compensation amount shall
be adjusted equal to the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U, U.S. City
Average, all items NSA) for the calendar year immediately preceding the increase in
compensation, rounded to the closest $1.00 but in no event less than 1% nor greater than 3%.

§110.2 Mayor. The mayor shall receive a monthly salary of $575.00 per month.
Effective January 1, 2020, the salary of the mayor shall be $14,000.00 per year. Each
calendar year thereafter the compensation amount shall be adjusted equal to the percentage
increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U, U.S. City Average, all items NSA) for the calendar
year immediately preceding the increase in compensation, rounded to the closest $1.00 but in no
event less than 1% nor greater than 3%.

§110.3 Treasurer. The compensation of the Treasurer shall be set by resolution
of the Council.
