"OFFICIAL POSITION" OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA.
§112.1 Official Position. The City of Waukee, Iowa, shall have no official position
on any issue of any kind or nature, unless and until such official position shall have been
established by ordinance of the City of Waukee, Iowa, duly enacted and published as provided by
law, which shall, in said ordinance, describe the issue and specifically set forth the position of the
City of Waukee, as the "Official Position" of the City of Waukee.
