§303.147. Maintenance Bonds.
§303.148. Posted. The Subdivider shall at the time of submitting the final
plat for city council approval, post maintenance bonds in an amount described herein as
sufficient and as approved by the city attorney as to form, sufficiency and manner of
execution as set forth in these regulations.

§303.149. Separate Bonds Required. A separate bond shall be posted for
each phase of the construction such as sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer,
pavement, etc.
§303.149a. Maintenance Bonds Required for Certain Sidewalks.
Bonds will be required for sidewalks which are constructed on minor
collector, major collector, or arterial streets.
§303.150. Time Period. The Subdivider shall be required to maintain all
required improvements free of defects due to faulty materials and workmanship after
acceptance Certificate of Completion of said improvements by the city council for a
period specified below:
Sanitary Sewer - four (4) years
Water Main - four (4) years
Storm Sewer - four (4) years
Pavement - four (4) years
Sidewalks - four (4) years

§303.151. Subcontractor Bonds. Maintenance bonds posted by the
Subdivider’s contractor may be accepted providing the contractor or subcontractor is
bound unto the City for the maintenance of the improvements.
§303.152. Amount. Maintenance bonds shall be in the amount of the
performance bonds or as otherwise approved by the City.
