The City Council shall establish a schedule of fees, charges, and expenses and a collection procedure for plat approval and other matters pertaining to this ordinance. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the administrative official, and may be altered or amended only by the City Council. Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. A. Subdivider shall be responsible for just and reasonable costs incurred by the City for review of preliminary and final plats and construction plans deemed necessary by the City to insure proper conformance with City ordinances and standard specifications. §303.167. Construction Review §303.168. Subdivider shall be responsible for just and reasonable costs incurred by the City during the course of construction of the improvements for inspection, testing or other work deemed necessary by the City to insure proper construction in accordance with the approved construction drawings and applicable standards and ordinances.
