ARTICLE IV
Administration
§303.6. The provisions of this ordinance shall be administered by the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Waukee. Plats shall be reviewed by the
Planning and Zoning Commission, the City’s Engineer and the City Attorney after which
the Commission shall submit their recommendation and the plats to the City Council
which shall have the final power to approve or disapprove the application.
