AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 10 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$1,471,838.39.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 10 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for general conditions, concrete paving, infield Material, athletic field
lighting, irrigation, masonry, electrical, rock base at bioswales, construction of
backstop walls, PCC sidewalk, and fencing at the NE Quad. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Confluence.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #10 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #10 in the amount of $1,471,838.39 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. A majority of this payment is for Concrete Paving, Infield Material, and
Irrigation. Quantities have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City staff, and Confluence.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
