*Due to public health concerns and guidance, in accordance with Iowa Code Sections
21.4(1)(b) and 21.8, this meeting of the Waukee City Council will be conducted electronically
as holding the meeting in person is impossible or impractical. However, the public is
encouraged to access the meeting electronically in the manner specified below.

D. CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Code of Iowa §21.5(1)(i) to evaluate the professional
competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or
discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and
irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a
closed session
E. RESOLUTION: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving the employment
evaluation and salary adjustment recommendation concerning the City
Administrator
