RESOLUTION 15-266
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IO if'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Jerry's Homes,Inc.,has requested final approval of Parkview Crossing Plat 11 (the"
Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 23,2015,subject to remaining staff comments,review of the legal documents,
and completion of public improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 11 and the documents relating thereto
will comply with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 3'"day of August,2015,that the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 11 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Outlot X);
2.Warranty Deed (Lot A);
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Storm Water Detention,Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
5.Sanitary and Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Water main Easement;
7.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
8.Overland Flowage Easement;
9.Storm Sewer Easement;
10.Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement
