APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SPYGLASS COURT FROM 630
SPYGLASS COURT EAST TO ITS TERMINUS ON SATURDAY,AUGUST 29,2015,WITH
AN ALTERNATE DATE OF SATURDAY,SEPTEMBER 26,2015,BETWEEN THEHOURSOF3:00 P.M.AND 9:00 P.M.FOR THE PURPOSE OF A NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'3
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Spyglass Plat 1 Homeowners Association requests the temporary closing of Spyglass
Court from 630 Spyglass Court east to its terminus on Saturday,August 29,2015,with an alternate
date of Saturday,September 26,2015,between the hours of 3:00 p.m.and 9:00 p.m.for the purpose of
a neighborhood block party;AND,
WHEREAS,pursuant to tt364.12(2)(a),public ways and grounds may be temporarily closed by
resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 3""
dayofAugust,2015,that it hereby approves the temporary closing of Spyglass Court from 630 Spyglass
Court east to its terminus on Saturday,August 29,2015,with an alternate date of Saturday,September
26,2015,between the hours of 3:00 p.m.and 9:00 p.m.for the purpose of a neighborhood block party.
