AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving construction
drawings for Hamilton Ridge Plat 7
FORMAT: Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The plan set includes improvements associated with Hamilton Ridge Plat 7. The improvements
include extensions of public streets and installation of water main, storm sewer, and sanitary
sewer.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff is working with the applicant and their engineer
to address the final remaining comments.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution subject to remaining
staff comments.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2021-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
HAMILTON RIDGE PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Hamilton Ridge Plat 7;
AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 7th day of September, 2021 that the Construction Drawings for Hamilton Ridge Plat 7 be
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
