STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for Waukee
Towne Center Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for the City of
Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2021-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [WAUKEE TOWNE CENTER PLAT 1
PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Corell Contractor, Inc. has completed the public improvements associated
with Waukee Towne Center Plat 1 Project; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Waukee
Towne Center Plat 1 Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7th day of September, 2021, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Waukee Towne Center Plat 1 Project.
