requesting release of retainage. Lien waivers have been received and all outstanding items have been
completed.

RELEASE OF RETAINAGE
We recommend release of retainage for the SE Laurel Street Extension at Alice’s Road by the
City Council of the City of Waukee to Corell Contractor, Inc. Retainage is in the amount of
$33,604.48 as shown on Pay Estimate No. 3 (Final) dated July 7, 2021.
