SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: TD&I Cable Maintenance, Inc. has completed the project and
is requesting release of retainage. Lien waivers have been received and all outstanding items have been
completed.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$20,656.71

SH Project Number 4185870
The lien waivers have been received for the above referenced project and the contractor has met the
requirements necessary for the release of the retainage on the project. If city staff concurs, we
recommend the release of the retainage to TD&I Cable Maintenance Inc. of Lakeland, MN in the
amount of $20,656.71
