RESOLUTION 2021-356
APPROVING THE REVISED SITE PLAN FOR LOF-XPRESS
(250 SE ALICE'S ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Revised Site Plan for LOF-Xpress, subject to remaining staff comments on August 10, 2021;
AND,
WHEREAS, the Revised Site Plan for LOF-Xpress is in general conformance with § 160 — Site
and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Revised Site Plan for LOF-Xpress is in general conformance with § 161 —
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 16t' day of August, 2021 that the Revised Site Plan for LOF-Xpress is approved subject to
remaining staff comments.
