AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of a resolution approving funding pursuant to
the Amended and Substituted 28E Agreement with Waukee Area
Christian Services
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: On Sept. 7, 2021, the Waukee City Council approved
an amended and substituted 28E agreement outlining certain obligations
of the City and Waukee Area Christian Services. A resolution to
approve the funding amount for the current fiscal year must now be
considered.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$10,000
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Following council approval, payment will be issued to
the organization.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.
ATTACHMENTS: I. Proposed Resolution (The resolution will be provided by the City
Attorney prior to the council meeting.)
