AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 11 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$1,644,765.86.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 11 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for the rock base at bioswales, 6” Subdrain in the fields, 6” PCC
Sidewalk, Planter curbs and retaining wall, installation of infield material on
the baseball fields, irrigation of fields, and the completion of the bioswales in
the parking lot. $725,541 of Payment Estimate No. 11 is for the Epic
Playground equipment that has been delivered to the site and installation has
begun. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon
by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Confluence.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #11 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #11 in the amount of $1,644,765.86 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. A majority of this payment is for the playground materials that are now on site.
The second largest items are all related to field material and irrigation. Misc. items make up the balance of the
invoice.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
