SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: J&K Contracting, LLC has requested Payment
Estimate No. 5 for the work completed on the Southwest Area Trunk Sewer Extension – Phase 2
in the amount of $87,730.22. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period August 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021. This pay estimate
is for sanitary sewer and granular surfacing.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $87,730.22
