The improvements include an asphalt overlay of University Avenue and associated pavement markings. Project Location Map PREPARED BY: Andy Kass, Planning Coordinator REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: I6 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2021- APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR PRAIRIE VILLAGE – UNIVERSITY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Prairie Village – University Improvements; AND, WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
