APPROVING CONTRACT FOR KETTLESTONE PHASE 1 IRRIGATION
CONVERSION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the contract for the construction of certain public improvements described in general as
the Kettlestone Phase 1 Irrigation Conversion Project and described in detail in the request for
proposals be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor: Iowa Irrigation Corporation of Huxley, IA
Amount of quote: $58,220.00
Portion of project: All construction work
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7'' day of September, 2021.
