RESOLUTION 2021-404
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
PRAIRIE VILLAGE — UNIVERSITY IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Prairie Village —
University Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 20d' day of September, 2021 that the Construction Drawings for Prairie Village — University
Improvements.
