License with Catering, Outdoor Service and Sunday Sales privileges for
Rube’s III, Inc., d/b/a Rube’s Steakhouse Waukee [3309 Ute Avenue],
pending fire marshal approval

COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Community Development Departments have
reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at this
time. The fire marshal has not given his approval to reissuance, pending
a fire code matter.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending fire marshal approval.
