APPROVING CONTRACT FOR 2021/2022 ADA SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the contract for the construction of certain public improvements described in general as
the 2021/2022 ADA Sidewalk Improvements Project and described in detail in the request for
proposals be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:MNM Concrete Specialists of Des Moines, IA
Amount of quote:$83,698.00
Portion of project:All construction work
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of October, 2021.
