RESOLUTION 2021-418
APPROVING EASEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH OFFSITE UTILITY
EXTENSIONS FOR KETTLESTONE PEAK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from the Richard W. Giles and
Carolyn A. Giles, as Trustees of the Richard W. Giles Revocable Trust under Agreement Dated
June 24, 1999, and from Beasley Farms, Inc., are necessary for the purpose of construction of
utilities associated with the Kettlestone Peak development.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement (1) and Public Sanitary Sewer Easement (2) from the
Richard W. Giles and Carolyn A. Giles, as Trustees of the Richard W. Giles Revocable Trust
under Agreement Dated June 24, 1999, for utility extensions associated with Kettlestone Peak is
hereby approved.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement (1), Public Access and Sidewalk Easement from
Beasley Farms, Inc., for utility and sidewalk extensions associated with Kettlestone Peak is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 41 day of
October, 2021.
