RESOLUTION 2021-428
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR COURTYARDS AT PARKSIDE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, COURTYARDS AT PARKSIDE, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Courtyards
at Parkside Plat 1 (the "Plat'); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on September 14, 2021, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Courtyards at Parkside Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
41" day of October, 2021, that the Final Plat for Courtyards at Parkside Plat 1 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Public Utility Easement;
2. Public Access and Recreational Trail Easement;
3. Public Ingress/Egress Easement;
4. Gas Main Easement;
5. Temporary Turnaround Easement;
6. Private Water Main, Sanitary Sewer, & Storm Sewer Easement;
7. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement;
8. Private Overland Flowage, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Easement;
9. Private Overland Flowage Easement;
10. Private Overland Flowage Easement;
11. Private Landscape Buffer Easement;
12. Private Water Main, Sanitary Sewer, & Storm Sewer Easement;
13. Private Overland Flowage, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Easement;
14. Private Overland Flowage Easement;
15. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement;
16. Private Detention Area Easement; and
17. Private Detention Area Easement
