RESOLUTION 2021-
APPROVING TEMPORARY PARKING ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF
SE BOOTH AVENUE FROM S. WARRIOR LANE EAST TO ITS TERMINUS ON
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2021, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12:00 P.M. AND 4:00 P.M. FOR
WAUKEE PUBLIC SAFETY “TRUNK OR TREAT” EVENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee Police and Fire Departments recommend the allowance of temporary parking to
accommodate guests attending the 2021 Public Safety “Trunk or Treat” event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 18th
day of October, 2021, that it hereby approves temporary parking along the north side of SE Booth
Avenue from S. Warrior Lane east to its terminus on Sunday, October 24, 2021, between the hours of
12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. for Waukee Public Safety “Trunk or Treat” event.
