SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Approval of the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement is
necessary to allow for the property owners of 3068 Cottonwood Drive, Chris
and Christie Hayes, to cross private property to connect their home’s sanitary
sewer service to an existing public sanitary sewer.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $1.00

RESOLUTION 2021-
APPROVING PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
[PAINTED WOODS DEVELOPMENT, LC]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Public Sanitary Sewer Easement is necessary to for a
property owner to cross private property to connect to the existing sanitary sewer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement from Painted Woods Development, LC is hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 18th day of
October, 2021.
