RESOLUTION 2021-438
APPROVING CITY OF WAUKEE FINANCIAL POLICY — PURCHASING CARD
POLICY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the Waukee City Council shall approve operating policies and procedures; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff is recommending the adoption of the Financial Policy — Purchasing Card
Policy of the Standard Administrative Policy and Procedures Manual; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Financial Policy — Purchasing Card Policy of the
Standard Administrative Policy and Procedures Manual; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 18'h day of October 2021, that it hereby approves the Financial Policy — Purchasing Card
Policy.
