SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The license holder has applied for a premises update
which would include the entire store under the license, not just the café
area.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the premises update.
