AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of receipt and file of purchase of 60 inch
Lazer X-Series mower from Waukee Power Equipment in Waukee for
the amount of $14,237.00.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The Triumph Park Capital Equipment budget
includes funding for a new mower for site. In accordance with the City
Purchasing Policy from Resolution #13-162, Section 1, Item K, local
preference for equipment purchases shall be considered if pricing is
within 5% of the non-local bids. Staff recommends acceptance of the
quote with Waukee Power Equipment. The City solicited 3 quotes with
MTI Distributing withdrawing from providing a quote.
