AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 13 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$1,203,318.66.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 13 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for masonry of restroom facility, metal roof/Wall Panels of concession
stands, HVAC, electrical, 6” PCC Sidewalk, 6” Integral Color PCC, Baseball
field drainage, sod, and irrigation, Unilock pavers, foul poles, and playground
installation. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed
upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Confluence. The Triumph
Park Project to date is 75% complete.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #13 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #13 in the amount of $1,203,318.66 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. About half of this payment is associated with the playground area. Irrigation
and Field Sodding make up the next two largest portions of the payment application. The remainder is mostly
concrete work and getting the building envelopes completed.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
