STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the public
improvements for 2021 University Avenue Pavement Patching Project and find it in general
conformance with the standard specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2021-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [2021 UNIVERSITY AVENUE
PAVEMENT PATCHING PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Q3 Contracting, Inc. has completed the public improvements associated
with the 2021 University Avenue Pavement Patching Project; AND,
WHEREAS, Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. have reviewed the improvements constructed as
part of the 2021 University Avenue Pavement Patching Project and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of November, 2021, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the 2021 University Avenue Pavement Patching Project.
