RESOLUTION 2021-466
APPROVING MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY REFUNDABLE ADVANCE FOR
CONSTRUCTION, UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC SERVICE EXTENSION PROPOSAL
OF SPECULATIVE USE [ASHWORTH ROAD]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, MidAmerican Energy Company proposes to extend its 3-phse electric lines
underground to a new transformer for a 277/480 volt, 600-amp service for a well site located at 1005 S 6h
Street; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommend approval of the agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
1st day of November, 2021, that the MidAmerican Energy Company Refundable Advance for
Construction, Underground Electric Service Extension Proposal of Speculative Use [2021 Well
Rehabilitation Project — Phase 2], attached hereto as Exhibit A and made part of this resolution,
is hereby approved.
