RESOLUTION 2021-468
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [KETTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT 6
PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Absolute Infrastructure has completed the public improvements associated
with Kettlestone Ridge Plat 6 Project; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Kettlestone Ridge Plat 6 Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of November, 2021, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Ridge Plat 6 Project.
