RESOLUTION 2021-481
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENT, LLC [NW MEREDITH DRIVE
OVERLAY PROJECT, NW LOTH STREET TO N. WARRIOR LANE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Foth Infrastructure &
Environment, LLC, for the NW Meredith Drive Overlay Project, NW 10'' Street to N. Warrior
Lane; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services include project coordination activities, design survey and
mapping, preliminary design, final plans and specifications, letting services and construction
phase administration and survey for the NW Meredith Drive Overlay Project, NW loth Street to
N. Warrior Lane;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Foth Infrastructure & Environment,
LLC, and the City of Waukee, Iowa [NW Meredith Drive Overlay Project, NW 101h Street to N.
Warrior Lane] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 1st day of November,
2021.
