FORMAT:Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 3 is to pothole the Lumen fiber in the City’s permanent easement along Alice’s Road. This includes Meade conducting16 potholes to spot the fiber to safely install the 10-inch gas main. Also updated the 6-inch Mueller fitting at Hickman Road to no longer be a bottom out due to material shortages & updated the tie in details accordingly. There shall be (a) 2-inch bypass(es) used when cutting in the full 6-inch medium density tee at 10th Street. Meade will coordinate with USDI when cutting in the tee to determine how many 2-inch bypasses are required during the time of cutting in. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $5,840.00. This includes Meade conducting 16 potholes to spot the fiber to safely install the 10-inch gas main.
