RESOLUTION 2021-217
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR CODIFICATIONS SERVICES WITH IOWA
CODIFICATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the services of Local Government Professional Services,
Inc., d/b/a Iowa Codification for ongoing codification services; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes online code preparation, online code hosting, and
code updates.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Codifications Services with Iowa Codification is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 7 h day of June, 2021.
