AWARDING QUOTE FOR WAUKEE 10-INCH PROJECT,
MEREDITH/NW LOTH STREET (NATURAL GAS MAIN MATERIALS)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the following quote for certain public improvements described in general as Waukee 10-
inch Project, Meredith/NW 10'' Street (Natural Gas Main Materials) and described in the
Request for Quotes that was provided to vendors be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lowest responsible quote received for such work, as follows:
Contractor: Industrial Sales of Omaha, NE
Amount of quote: $505,258.94
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7t' day of June, 2021.
