AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 14 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$771,272.95
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 14 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for sodding on the fields, fence installation, masonry of restroom
facility, metal roof/Wall Panels of concession stands, overhead doors for the
maintenance building, HVAC, electrical, 6” PCC Sidewalk, 6” Integral Color
PCC, and Unilock pavers,. The quantities completed to date have been
reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and
Confluence. The Triumph Park Project to date is 80% complete.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #14 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #14 in the amount of $771,272.95 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. A large portion of this work was the completion of sodding on the fields, fence
installation, and then associated concrete work within the quad spaces. We are seeing some interior electrical
and mechanical work being billed which we believe will increase over the winter.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
