AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 4 to Larson Construction,
Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Fishing Pier Project in the amount of
$30,735.60.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 4 to Larson Construction, Co., Inc.,
is for the labor and materials to install the Gator Dock. Per the agreement
with the Waukee Betterment Foundation the City will be provided payment in
the amount of $30,735.60 prior to paying Larson Construction. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Confluence.

this payment application and recommend approval.
