FORMAT:Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Grimes Asphalt and Paving Corporation requested Payment Estimate No. 1 for the work completed on the 2021 Asphalt Overlay Improvements Project in the amount of $235,068.48. McClure Engineering Company has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment. The partial payment is for the pay period September 20, 2021 to December 14, 2021. This pay estimate is for work on SE Waco place including subgrade treatment, removal of pipe culvert, pipe apron, footings, pavement, and granular shoulders.
