SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: C.L. Carroll Co., Inc. requested Payment Estimate
No. 4 for the work completed on the 2021 Well Rehabilitation Project – Phase 2 in the amount of
$171,000.00. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends
payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period November 6, 2021 to December 4, 2021. This pay
estimate is for wellhouse demolition and PCC footings and foundation.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $171,000.00
