RESOLUTION 2021-521
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[HAMILTON RIDGE PLAT 31
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Evolution Contracting has completed the public improvements associated
with the Hamilton Ridge Plat 3 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Hamilton Ridge Plat 3 Subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2001 day of December, 2021, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Hamilton Ridge Plat 3 Project.
