RESOLUTION 2021-053
APPROVING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR THE 10-INCH
GAS MAIN PROJECT [WILLIAM FOX FARM COMPANY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is.a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a certain easement from William Fox Farm Company
of Waukee, Iowa, is necessary for the purpose of construction of the 10-Inch Gas Main Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Temporary Construction Easement from William Fox Farm Company for the 10-Inch
Gas Main Project are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the I" day of
February, 2021.
