RESOLUTION 2021-058
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
HAMILTON RIDGE PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Hamilton Ridge Plat 2;
AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 1st day of February, 2021 that the Construction Drawings for Hamilton Ridge Plat 2 be
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
