RESOLUTION 2022-010
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER
FOR 2022
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee must annually appoint an individual to the position of
City Health Officer; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Code Compliance Officer Paul Carpenter
as City Health Officer for calendar year 2022;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Waukee, Iowa on the
3rd day of January, 2022, does hereby approve the mayor's appointment of Paul
Carpenter as City Health Officer for 2022.
